Exchange

Exchange valid item(s) within 14 days of receipt of order
To be eligible for an exchange: - The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. - The item(s) must be in the original packaging. - One of our customer service team will contact you. - After that, our courier We will contact you to pick up your item(s)

Refunds

- Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you via email or phone that we have received your returned item(s). By paying with a credit card, we will initiate a refund to the credit card you used. - You will receive the credit within a certain period of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.

Non-returnable products:

According to our refund and exchange policy, below products cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons to ensure the safety of our customers:

Underwear, Lingerie, Swimwear, Corsets, Any item related to lingerie products
- Products purchased through the offer cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects
Note: The company only bears the shipping costs if we send a wrong product, otherwise the customer bears the shipping costs when making an exchange or return.
- Orders paid through Valo cannot be refunded (they can only be exchanged for the same value)
